I have reserved the restaurant for weekend, they treated me nice on phone call. But when we visited, they were not cooperative, they just told me not to go into garden as it gets dirty. Also they said they don't allow party after 9.00pm. very bad service

This is the worst service restaurant in Mahabaleshwar, they don’t provide hot water. They promised us internet connection as i do work from home, but they disconnected the internet at 9.30 pm and told us to pay extra 500₹ for internet. They told us not to go into garden as it may get damaged. The staff is not atall cooperative. Pay a bit more and stay at a hotel which might value you !

The service makes us feel like you are the cheapest customer. They harassed us at night 1 am for having chats with friends. They disconnected the Wi-Fi at 10.00 pm and didn’t allow us to even talk loudly with friends at our own room. Utterly disappointed ! Please don’t be fooled by their on call service

The worst service, I and my family visited here. I and my mom got leached stuck at leg. They have compromised with pest control. As I asked them, they arrogantly told that at 2000 you only get a room with leaches. Is this the behaviour we really expect ?

We stayed here for two nights, Nice place to stay away from crowded place and enjoy the nature, the view from the location is awesome 👌, They offer home cooked food that's also very nice and tasty 😋 (little bit costly), only one thing they should upgrade that is road don't go with low ground clearance vehicle's otherwise everything is good here..

Very good place. Away from noise. Serene, calm. Although there is 300 meter walking down hill to reach rooms. This could be a plus point too. Small issues with hot water supply. Not good for old people if you want to go out and visit vicinity. However if you and stay in rooms then it is heaven. Beautiful view as it is facing backwaters. Totally calm place.

However, I must say this stay did assist me in changing my views. Food and views are two things that keep drawing me back. Although, the path between the hotel and the main road isn't particularly comfortable, I can assure you that no one will be exhausted or displeased after arriving at the hotel.

What a worst service, these people are just disgusting. They think that they own the empire and the customers are slaves. We don't get water, unless we walk upstairs and get water. The worst service ever !
